TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions (“terms”) shall apply to all contracts entered into by Aevum Hanbags Limited (“we”,” us” or “Aevum”) with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

GENERAL

When you place an order on our website, you are accepting these Terms. If you don’t agree with these Terms, fully or in part, please cease to use our website immediately as you will not have permission to access its contents and services.

PURCHASES

When you make a purchase, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order and the payment. The order confirmation shall contain all the information regarding the goods you have ordered. You must immediately check the details contained in order confirmation and we advise you to print and keep a copy of it.

We will send you another email once your order has been dispatched to the designated courier.

Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms. All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable, except in accordance with these Terms.

Despite our best efforts, the actual colours of our products, may differ from the ones you see on the screen of your computer or mobile device. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that the shade of colour you see on your screen will match exactly the colour of the product on delivery.

All prices are displayed in pound sterling GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the UK, Italy, Spain, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands. If you don’t live in any of these countries and want to buy now of our products, please contact us at info@aevumbags.com for a delivery quote.

The goods ordered by you will be dispatched the day after you place the order to the address you provided us in the checkout form. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the first working day following the holiday.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the goods you have ordered are not in stock at the time of placing your order.

Delivery charges are displayed in the checkout form.

Title of the goods shall pass to you once the payment is completed. Upon dispatch of your order the risk of damage or loss will pass onto you.

No liability shall arise on us for any delay in the delivery of products ordered by you or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

You may be able to cancel your order until before the dispatch of the products purchased by you. You will receive a full refund on the card used for the purchase.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your purchase to return or exchange an item or items, providing that such item or items is/are unused and undamaged. The refund will be made on the credit card used to purchase the item or items. Please note that we will not refund you the delivery fee and you will have to bear the costs of returning the products to us.

You can return or exchange faulty goods within 30 days of the purchase date. If you return or exchange the faulty good/s, you will receive a refund on the card used for the purchase, including delivery and return (standard postage) charges for purchases in the United Kingdom only. For international returns you will have to bear the shipping costs.

Before returning any product, you must receive an authorization from us which will have to be inserted in the return package. You can obtain such authorization by sending us a request at info@aevumbags.com, indicating the reason and providing proof of why the goods are being returned.

You will have to package the products to be returned in an appropriate manner to avoid damages while the package is in transit or being shipped. We will not accept any product for refund if such product/s has been damaged during the shipping or lost.

LIABILITY

Except for death or personal injury due to our negligence or that of our employees, we shall not in any circumstances be liable, whether in contract or tort, to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the sale or use of our goods including without limitation loss of profits, damage to property or loss of contracts. In all cases our entire liability, howsoever arising, shall be limited to damages which shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in respect of which the claim has arisen

We reserve the right to change these Terms or any information contained in our website at any time and we do not accept any responsibility resulting from such changes. Any changes made to these shall be highlighted, and all purchases made from the date of the amendments shall be subject to the new Terms. You shall be deemed to have accepted all of the amendments made to our Terms if you continue to use our website after we made such changes.

You shall be responsible for reading and understanding these Terms, and we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of your failure to do so.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage whatsoever which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on our website.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our commercially reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

All of the rights, including pictures, contained in our website are owned by Aevum. You are not allowed to copy or distribute any of the information, images or videos contained on our website.

You also agree that you will use our website only for lawful and legitimate purpose, and that you will seek our written consent to use our website for any other purpose.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance to the Laws of England and Wales.
